Her album ‘Vertigo’ is a whimsically enchanting tapestry that weaves together all these facets of life and more.

If you’re looking for something new, fresh, and original in the world of pop music, look no further than Sarah Kellysen. The Canadian artist has just released her debut album, Vertigo, and it’s already making waves in the indie scene.

Each track captivates you uniquely, yet consistently showcases her distinct, soothing vocal style, sometimes leaving you uncertain whether she’s singing or speaking.

There is no better way to describe the album than to say it's an indie dance/pop album. Vertigo is Sarah Kellysen's fourth studio album.

There is no better way to describe the album than to say it’s an indie dance/pop album. Vertigo is Sarah Kellysen’s fourth studio album. She is a queer artist from Canada who creates music that can be related to anyone.

Her writing, however, is based on personal experiences and she gives a view of the journey she has gone through the lens of being LGBTQ+.

In Vertigo, we tackle different fears through different layers, such as overriding the fear of being a queer person in society, dealing with break-ups and the scars that remain with them, standing up to powerful people, as well as overcoming other different fears.

My favourite song from this album is ”Dreamscape”. As it’s a very uplifting song and is really fun to listen to. Definitely, my go-to when taking a trip in my car!

Despite being a diverse artist/actor, she hopes to make a difference in the world for those who may feel different on the inside and outside of themselves on a regular basis.

Catchy hooks and meaningful lyrics make this album a must-have for any true music enthusiast. And if you’re wondering what else is out there from Sarah Kellysen? Watch her interview, and check out her website and Spotify page for more great music!
